So much for my kids keeping this updated... like a new puppy ... the "newness" wore out I guess... :)

Well, let's see ... Mother's Day... then....oh, Marissa went to Portland for a few days... she can tell more... some day :)
Terry & I took all 4 boys to a rodeo in Oregon, after church one Sunday. We had a lot of fun!
The boys convinced their daddy to take them to the midnight showing of Narnia!!! That was awesome, poor Terry was dragging the next day. :)
Donny graduated preschool--hurray!-- then we celebrated his 5th Birthday!!! WooHoo!
...and... This past Sunday, Terry preached!
We have had quite a bit going on!

This Saturday is Off the Hook, fishing day for the kids at church... and Sunday Terry, Marissa and the boys are going to the range to finish their Hunter's Safety course!

Well, that is a quick run down of May! Looking forward to June... I think :):):)

MUDFEST 2008

I will let Marissa write on this, I was on the couch, so I didn't quite make it to see them... just wanted to post a picture!

Marissa is in the Orange/Red Shirt... not her muddiest, but mom wasn't there to get a good picture!

Mother's Day...

Exactly who thought of Mother's Day?.... probably some guy trying to make his wife feel special one day a year... you ask about Father's Day?!? Some guy pretending it is the only dad he gets "officially" to be the "MAN"... though he gets to hunt, fish, boat, golf, play sports, camp, has College Bowls, SuperBowls throughout the year...
Now to truly make Mother's Day a grand day, it should be Mother's week were all women get to choose their destination to be pampered and no one can ask them if they have or will ever diet again.... ok, I know it is a far stretch, but we have to have some dreams no matter how proposterous they are!!! :)

I had a great day yesterday, was blessed with a fabulous service, then bbq at home (backs been out) but I was surrounded with all my blessed children...notice I said blessed not blasted :)

The best part of the day was the card my kids bought me... you know the chzy commerical where the mom gets a card-opens it and plays music... she cries and I think ya ok... WELLLL... I got a music card ...and cried! It sings "Simply the best"... for a person who is not a card person, I won't forget this one!!!!

I pray all of you moms had a wonderful day and remember you're "Simply the best"!
:)

Well, this was the end of the day, you can see how loved I am by one of my children (in case you can't tell it is the one who looks like we have torchured him)... To the rest of my kids... thank you!!!

Isaiah's Bday

With Isaiah's bday falling on Mother's Day, we celebrated early. Yesterday was the big party. We had a grand total of 41 people (9 families represented), it was a blast. I am sure my neighbors were not thrilled, but so is life... :)

James, Jen, Autumn & Donny came... Aunt Jen was out whippin' some boys in volleyball (so she says :))

Bear had a great time!!!

Earlier yesterday, Terry, Marissa, Gabriel, Andrew & Isaiah took their Hunter's test--all passed! Gabriel got the highest score in the class on his test 90! The rest of the LaMasters' to include Terry came in second with 88... Way to go Gabe!!!

This coming weekend is the youth MUDFEST!!! I will definitely be taking some pictures to post!

That's it for now...

Now here is a "You're Welcome" to my girls :) I am glad you are having fun with the cookie dough I made. I will send you girls the recipe so maybe your mom can help you make more when they're gone. :)
And as for anything else you will have to ask questions cause ya.... tata til lata!
